Conversation Heart Chocolate Bark

I saw this over at Bake at 350 I JUST HAD to try it! I've had a dish full of conversation hearts and thought this looked super yummy.

You just need some conversation hearts, sprinkles, 2 cups of Rice Krispies, a bag of white chips and a bag of dark chocolate chips....or milk, which ever you prefer.

Melt the white chips in a double boiler or the microwave (that's what I did). Then mix in the 2 cups of Rice Krispies. Spread the mixture out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silpat mat. Put it in the freezer for a few minutes until it hardens. Then melt the dark chocolate....spread this over the top and sprinkle the conversation hearts and sprinkles on it. Stick it back in the freezer for 10 or 15 more minutes.

Break it up into pieces........YUM!!!!!!!!!!!

While I was melting chocolate...I got on a roll and made some peppermint bark.

And with a bit of dark chocolate I had leftover I dipped some pretzels and Oreos. Clearly...I am on a major chocolate roll over here and may need an intervention! There's still time to make some sweets for Valentine's Day...have fun :)
