I Looooove Hobby Lobby!!!

I was invited to go on a field trip last week to Hobby Lobby. It is about an hour away from where I live...and it was my very first time....I missed out on an opportunity this summer when I wasn't able to make a trip to Atlanta, which really made me sad. I've been on a zillion blogs who RAVE about Hobby Lobby and I've been craving to go to one.....Let me tell you, I wasn't dissappointed!!! I went with my SIL and her friend, now my FRIEND....who, believe it or not is almost exactly like me! My SIL has been telling me about her forever...and it's crazy, but we are all freakishly VERY similar!!! Anyhoo........

I was like a kid in a candy shop. This place is A.MAZ.ING! Kinda like a Joanne's, Michaels, Pier One, and TJMaxx Homegoods rolled into one. I couldn't catch my breath and didn't know where to start. So come along with me and look around for a bit....Everything in the store is very neat and tidy....which makes shopping even more fun :)

There is a fabulous christmas section....now, I don't know if it is here year round....but I just couldn't get enough of it.

Look at this cutie patootie cupcake section....I think they knew the Treatgirl was in the house!

There was a killer section of knobs, pulls and hooks like Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn combined...I wanted to change out every knob in my house.

My SIL was beside herself that she found barstools and a club table (that she wasn't even looking for!)....for her new great room. This was the total highlight of our trip....we were all so happy for her. And since she was consumed with figuring this whole situation out she really didn't get to see the rest of the store...so we'll have to go back!

Tons and tons of ornaments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And look at this cute one....shhhhh...don't tell anybody, I may try to re-create him :)

We got there at 11:00 am and before we knew it, it was almost 2:30!!! I managed to find a few treats for myself and then we had to hit the road. There wasn't even time for lunch! But we all agreed we were perfectly happy to get something from the MTO section at Sheetz....shocker!! We all three love Sheetz too! PER.FECT.

After much adjusting we were able to get 3 barstools and a club table into the car for the ride home.....believe me, this picture DOES NOT do this justice! But 3 girls figured it out...In the blink of an eye we were home and the day was over...How great it was! I'm already planning my next trip! Hobby Lobby ROCKS!!!

Oh isn't Hobby Lobby the BEST! Thats where I got most of my wedding decor ~ years ago! Unfortunately my new city doesn't have one, but when we get back to visit my parents 4 hours away you can bet I find a way to shop :)

I so wish we had one nearby!! My friends, too, rave about it - and the closest one that I've found is in Columbiana, Ohio! I've never even been in one {yet!!}

I LOVE Hobby Lobby too!! It is so addictive! Their Christmas stuff comes out at the end of June/first of July... it drives my son nuts :)

That is a crazy store--and pretty inexpensive, too.

No Hobby Lobby here! :( We do have Christmas Tree Shop about 45 minutes away...not quite the same I think...
Too bad about our Yankees...No October baseball this year.
Soon I'll be back-college applications time-just wait!
