What is it?? Wednesday

Thomas made it into the canister this week...Cubby had them all over his room the other day and I just had to fill my canister with them...He hardly plays with them any more....and it makes me sad to think this stage is almost gone...

For almost the whole year he was three and most of his fourth year he was ADDICTED to Thomas.....and all of his friends. We all knew them..... We had Thomas jammies, slippers, winter snowboots, rolling suitcase, memory game, shampoo, bubblebath, tootbrush, underwear, t-shirts, bathings suits, beach towels and anything else "Thomas" you can think of!!!! For his fourth birthday he had a Thomas birthday party too.......complete with engineer hats and Thomas party games!! How fast it all goes by......I can really get sad sometimes when I let myself think about it. But I will certainly keep Thomas and all of his friends....and the miles of track that we have, for when my grandbabies come to play someday.

And those grandbabies come before you know it!! They just kinda sneak up on you when you least expect it!

I went through obsessions with all of my girls. Tiffany was into Little Mermaid, Kylee...Cinderella, and Logan loved Simba!! But Jalynn has out obsessed all of them. She LOVES Dora....Dora EVERYTHING!!! Can't get enough of Dora!

That is so true. I can't bear to get rid of anything...This is bad because my youngest is 15. He was Arthur and Harry Potter obsessed...and always legos. He has HP lego sets on his shelves in his room and wanted to break them up and put them away. I said "NO! Just a little while longer!" I guess I need an intervention...

Kieran was the exact same way! Now we have moved on to Star Wars and all things airplane. I guess they have to grow up sometime!

I keep all the Thomas trains, tracks, and table in my basement and it comes upstairs every Thanksgiving for the little ones to play in the living room. Of course, the big kids can't wait to play with them too :)

ps - I look forward to this every Wednesday!
