This is one of my all time favorite salads. I need to give Panera some credit...it is actually the Harvest salad they offer in the fall. I couldn't help but copy it at home....then I can have it any time of the year. I took this salad for Easter dinner and I had all of the ingredients to make another one for lunch today. This salad and these sandwiches that Saucy made over the weekend would be an awesome "pick two" combo at Panera!! Saucy, do you have Panera in Canada???....anyway, if you'd like to try the treatgirl's favorite salad check it out:
Mixed greens
craisins
chopped pear.....those really dark green hard ones...are they Bartletts or Bosch?? I always forget!!
chopped pecans
feta
light rapberry vinaigrette
This salad is always a hit at a gathering!! Enjoy!

It sounds very similar, also, to the Martha's Vineyard Salad at the Fish Market! My very favorite salad!
